We answer your phone calls how and when you want us to. Every client receives a unique telephone number. This is yours to use and distribute to as many business contacts and advertising media you wish. You do not have to incur the cost of another phone line. Messages can be relayed via e-mail, fax, telephoned to you, or you can phone in to receive them at your convenience. Voice mail can be added to your line to allow you 24-hour access to your messages. The cost of this services starts at a reasonable $150/month.

Secretarial Services

Whatever you would need a secretary to do at your place of business we can do from our offices - you do not have to have valuable office space tied up when not in use. We can provide letter preparation and mailing, spreadsheet data input and handling, document copying, presentation binding services, and many other functions. You can e-mail your requests to us or and we can handle the rest. You can pre-approve letter formats to be sent to your customers that phone you and we can customize them prior to sending. We can load them with your brochures, price lists and special offers you may have from time to time. Prices are reasonable and can be further discounted if combined with other services.

Meeting and Boardroom Space

If you need to hold a meeting and do not have the space and/or availability of privacy in your home office to conduct it - phone us. We will have your meeting set up for you with beverage service on site. Many business owners prefer to meet with their customers away from their home office to ensure privacy is maintained. If your office is busy when you need to meet with clients then this is a perfect solution. Want a lunch or snacks served to your guests? Our caterer is available to whip up the perfect meal. Courier Management Services

Sitting in your office not earning revenue while you wait for the courier is not productive use of your valuable time. You can be drop off your parcel to our office and we can send it for you. We will also receive shipments on your behalf. We will message you to confirm the item is sent or received. You can then pick up your items at your convenience. No more hours spent finding things to do while you wait for the courier. Cost per item handled: $5.00 This service is included at no extra charge when combined with Telephone Answering Services.
